A Jimboomba woman has hailed the town's folk as some of the most generous around as she prepares to host another fundraiser to give back to the local community.
Andy Mabey will donate $1000 to Beyond Blue from the sale at op shop Now and Zen on Saturday, July 18, part of a series of events her store hosts to support struggling locals.
So far, the events have raised more than $13,000 for various causes.

Ms Mabey has given financial help to cancer survivors and their families, and women fleeing domestic violence.
She said the huge amount raised so far was down to the generosity of shoppers.
"I think it's incredible," Ms Mabey said.
"I am so proud of everybody.
"I am appreciative of everyone in the community giving generously, so that we can give back."
The sale gets underway at 9am at the shop at 635 Cusack Lane, and locals can bag a bargain in lending their support.
Books, clothes, toys, games and bric-a-brac will be available.
Shoppers can fill a bag for $5, and donate change to the piggy bank at the shop counter.
Ms Mabey said she would give $1000 to Beyond Blue, no matter how much the shop raised.
"If we don't get it, we will make the rest up from our bank," she said.
Ms Mabey also supported farmers in a pop-up store at Aratula last year.
"We try to support locals first," she said.
She said she was proud to donate the money to the community.
"I love it. I was a nurse for 20 years," Ms Mabey said.
"I enjoy helping people."
It is not the first time Jimboomba locals have been praised for their generous nature.
Flagstone Coles has raised a huge amount for a scheme which feeds hungry people (see story on page 7).
Last month, HQ Espresso owner Anita Blote said she was amazed at her customers' deep pockets in getting behind a pay it forward coffee scheme.
A Pink Stumps charity cricket match in February put Jimboomba on the map, raising more than $10,000 for the McGrath Foundation.
