A Yarrabilba man will face court after he was allegedly clocked at more than 40km/h over the limit, before returning a mid-range alcohol reading.
A highway patrol officer spotted the Mitsubishi Mirage on Waterford Tamborine Road on November 13, while escorting a group on a motorcycle training course about 3pm.

The man then returned the .124 reading at Jimboomba station, police allege.
The man, 42, has been charged with one count of drink driving and handed a $1286 fine.
He has also copped eight demerit points, and will face Beaudesert Magistrates Court on December 12.
Police released a video of the stop, where the highway patrol officer asks the man why he was going so fast.
