A LOGAN Central man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and other offences in relation to an armed robbery at an Eastern Heights, Ipswich, bakery on Sunday.
Police allege two armed men entered the business on Grange Road about 2.15pm and demanded cash.
One man is alleged to have fired a weapon towards a 40-year-old bakery worker as she tried to flee.
The projectile narrowly missed the woman, allegedly striking a nearby wall and sending fragments into the her back.

The same man then tried to fire a second shot at another employee but the weapon failed.
His accomplice is alleged to have jumped the counter and stolen the cash register.
The pair fled in a vehicle allegedly driven by a third man.
The vehicle was found at a unit block car park in Silkstone near Ipswich that evening, with the empty cash register nearby.
The injured 40-year-old bakery employee was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The 21-year-old Logan man faced Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with two counts of attempted murder and armed robbery, one count of enter premises with intent, unlawful possession of weapons and unlawfully possessing ammunition.
A 37-year-old Leichhardt man and 20-year-old Kingston man face the same charges. They were refused bail.
