The new Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport grades celebrate the brand's 1928 Mille Miglia road race victory, achieved by an Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 Super Sport.
Globally, just 250 examples of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Super Sport and 175 Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sports will be offered.
For Australia, only six editions of the sedan and three of the SUV are bound for local showrooms.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Super Sport is priced from $174,200 before on-road costs, a $20,500 premium compared to the base Giulia Quadrifoglio.
The Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport meanwhile starts from $183,200 before on-road costs, or $21,000 more than the SUV upon which it's based.
Changes compared to the standard Quadrifoglio models are subtle, with the Super Sport editions gaining black badging, a black-background four-leaf clover on the front wheel arches, carbon-fibre grille trim and mirror caps.
The Giulia also benefits from a carbon-fibre roof.
Sitting behind the dark five-hole 'telephone dial' wheels – 19-inch on the Giulia and 21-inch on the Stelvio – are black Brembo brake calipers, adding to the dark theme of the cars.
A choice of two exterior finishes are shared between the sedan and SUV: three-layer Etna Red and metallic Vulcano Black. The Giulia is also available in Alfa White.
Inside, the Quadrifoglio Super Sport edition brings black leather upholstery, contrasted with red carbon-fibre trim on the dashboard, centre console and door panels, while the headrests feature red embroidered Super Sport logos and unique build numbers.
As with standard Quadrifoglio models, there's a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 8.8-inch infotainment screen.
There's no extra power for the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport, which continue to produce outputs of 375kW and 600Nm from a twin-turbo 2.9-litre V6 petrol engine.
The Giulia delivers all of its powers to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the Stevlio employs an all-wheel drive system.
Having received mid-life updates last year, the next-generation versions of the Stelvio and Giulia are expected to launch in 2025 and 2026, respectively, both as electric cars.
Alfa Romeo has previously confirmed it plans to have an electric-only lineup by 2027.
