The events, as well as regular fitness classes and social gatherings are hosted by community group Enriching Communities Greenbank.
Enriching Communities Greenbank founder Suzanne Guastini said last week's event was a delight for residents' canine companions.
"We had more than 50 dogs that came along," Mrs Guastini said.
"They had an agility area where they could jump hurdles and weave through tunnels. There was also a ball pit for the dogs."
Mrs Guastini said it was also good to see local businesses turn up and get involved with the community event.
"What was really great was Logan City Council and other businesses got involved," she said.
"Some donated for the doggie bags, literal doggie bags with treats for their pets.
"Empower Assistance Dogs brought their dogs as well and they did a photo booth that raised money for the charity ABC Rescue.
"The local vet gave a health talk as well, which everyone gathered around for."
The Enriching Communities founder said she hoped to host other dog-related events in the future, but for now the focus was on the upcoming sports carnival.
"We've got things from gymnastics, athletics, volleyball and even badminton," Mrs Guastini said.
"We'll have solo games and group games, so you can come down and compete for yourself or compete in a group, and it's for all ages.
"We know from last year the adults got heavily involved, and some of them were quite competitive. As long as people sort their differences out on the field it's fine."
Like last year's games, where over 100 medals were handed out, there will be a medal ceremony and Jimboomba Little Athletics, Jimboomba Gymnastics and the Park Ridge Pirates are set to help host the event.
There will also be information on healthy eating and diet, which Mrs Guastini said would include an interactive display.
"We'll have a stand where you can pedal a smoothie," she said.
"You sit on the bike, you pedal and then that energy makes the blender run. You make your own smoothie by your own pedal power."
Tickets for the Everleigh Games are free and open to all Greenbank residents, but must be reserved in advance via Eventbrite.
The Everleigh Games will take place on August 7 from 10am-1pm.
