Biggs faced off against Eddie Dos Santos at Yagoona's Arena Sports Club, downing his opponent with a technical knockout in the third round.
The Beauy boxer said it had been his first visit to Sydney and he knew he was in for a hard fight.
"He (Dos Santos) has fought some high-level boxers and he's never been stopped or put down," he said.
"In the second round I hurt him with a body shot and in the third round I hit him in the exact same place.
"He went down the first time and when I went back in I threw the same punch and they stopped the fight."
In his corner on the night was Justin O'Leary, who has coached Biggs at the Beaudesert Boxing Club since he was 11-years-old.
O'Leary said Dos Santos was a former NSW pro champion with 14 bouts under his belt.
"He'd never been stopped before, even with the couple of fights he's lost, he's always gone the distance," he said.
"Dylan was the first person to stop him ... and he's fought some good fighters ... we were confident going in but I probably expected Dylan to win on points.
"The first two rounds Dylan boxed really well, won both rounds and then dropped him about a minute into the third round."
O'Leary said there had only been one fighter who had gone the distance with Biggs in his five pro fights to date.
Biggs, whose partner Unique is due to give birth to their first child next month, said he was hoping to get another fight before the big day.
"I believe I'm fighting again in two weeks time," he said.
"I'm fighting on July 9 and my baby's going to born on the 18th."
With Biggs back in training two days after his Sydney fight, O'Leary said there were plans for a few more bouts this year.
"We're looking at late August or early September for another fight," he said.
"If we can fit another couple in for the back end of this year we'll be more than happy."
A group of local sponsors and supporters flew to Sydney for the fight including Mark Rowe from Rowe Auto Electrical, Steve Rigby from AuzPrint, Graham Porter, Jared Fogarty and Janie Coutts from Freedom Fitness Beaudesert.
Boxing promoter Brendon Smith from TGW & Smithy's, who signed Biggs in 2020, was ringside for the bout.
"I'd like to thank Brendon for all the work he's done behind the scenes for Dylan, getting him fights," O'Leary said.
O'Leary thanked the support team in attendance on the night.
"We had Shaun Coulthard, who has been helping out doing pad work with Dylan," he said.
"I'm really thankful for all he's done in the past six weeks helping Dylan with his prep.
"Then we had Dave Sarah who does the cuts, wraps Dylan's hands, he was the other cornerman."
Biggs encouraged locals to drop into Beaudesert Golf Club this Saturday for a fundraiser hoping to raise money for him to fight overseas.
"All the spots are booked for the golf day but there will be live music and plenty of food and drink there, so hopefully everyone will come down on Saturday," he said.
