The Logan Local Disaster Management Group has issued an Emergency Alert for people in Park Ridge, Beenleigh, Loganholme and surrounding areas as the Logan River is set to peak today.
Logan River flooding is forecast to exceed 2017 levels by 1.5m. Maclean bridge is expected to peak on Monday, and levels at Waterford are expected to peak on Tuesday.
Residents are advised to plan and act for their safety. Remember - if its flooded, forget it.
