POLICE are investigating a crash at Loganholme which left a 28-year-old man in a critical condition this morning.
Paramedics, including the critical care team, were called to the scene outside St Matthews Catholic Primary School shortly before 9am on Wednesday.
Police said investigations indicated a 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle was travelling east on Bryants Road when it hit a 2003 Nissan Pulsar sedan which was turning at the intersection of Torres Street.
The 28-year-old Tingalpa rider sustained significant head injuries and was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
A 17-year-old girl, 59-year-old man and 15-year-old girl - all of whom were travelling in the Nissan - sustained only minor injuries and were taken to Logan Hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward, including anyone with dashcam footage.
Investigations are ongoing.

A MOTORBIKE rider has been taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition after a vehicle and motorcycle crash at Loganholme this morning.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the rider, whose age and gender could not be confirmed, sustained head injuries.
Paramedics, including the critical care team, were at the scene on Bryants and Cornubia Park roads shortly before 9am.
Three vehicle occupants were taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.
Advanced care paramedic Jen Kinsela said drivers should take extra caution on the roads, with rain and storms forecast this week.
"We are encouraging all drivers ... to slow down and drive to conditions, and be extremely cautious when out on wet roads," she said.
"If it is flooded, forget it. (Driving through floodwaters) is a risk to themselves and to emergency services who need to come and assist them."
