In flames; An excavator caught fire at Tamborine, but it was out in less than 20 minutes.
Four crews were called to the Creamer Road scene about 12.45pm. They arrived to find the machine alight.
The first crew was at the scene by 1pm.
It took firefighters less than 10 minutes to bring the flames under control. The excavator was extinguished in less than 20, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said.
