LOGAN residents can have their say in the future of the city at three upcoming workshops.
Three community workshops are set down for February 20, 24 and 25 at Gould Adams Community Centre, Kingston.
The sessions are part of Logan City Council's community visioning strategy, which will guide the city's 2022-2027 Corporate Plan.
Council began rolling out the eight month program in September.
That plan sets priorities for council investment in infrastructure (roads, libraries, water, waste and parks) and how programs and services will be delivered in the short, medium and long-term.
Lifestyle Committee Chair, councillor Laurie Koranski, said council wanted to learn the future priorities and aspirations of Logan residents.
"We are inviting anyone who is interested to come along to one of the workshops to share your views," Cr Koranksi said.
"The final community vision will help council plan for the city's future.
"It will ensure the values and hopes of our community are at the heart of our decision-making."
Community visioning has been identified as an essential process in the development of council's long-term strategies.
It was a key element of the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Framework, adopted by council last December.
