Developers of a Spring Mountain estate say they are overwhelmed with sales in the early stages of the community, with more than 100 buyers snapping up properties.
Whiterock, a development which includes more than 60 per cent green space, has had 117 buyers get involved.

It comes after more than $20 million worth of sites sold at Mirvac's Everleigh development.
Developers Intrapac Property said the strong buyer interest was due to the location and lifestyle Whiterock would offer.
"This remarkable response is testament to this truly unique site, a rare location that will deliver real lifestyle benefits for its residents" chief operating officer Max Shifman said.
Comprising 472 hectares, Whiterock has five direct trail connections into the adjoining 2500 hectare White Rock - Spring Mountain Conservation Estate.
Forests with streams, walking trails and mountain biking to 34 hectares of parks and reserves is all part of the site.
Located six kilometres from Springfield train station, the development's seven residential neighbourhoods open out to forested areas, with a mix of wild and tended green spaces pulled throughout.
A village centre, school, sporting precinct and water park are planned.
The company said it designed a main street with an open civic plaza, and a proposed pub and restaurants which would overlook parklands.
The retail and commercial precinct is planned to include a medical centre complemented by allied health, early learning centre, childcare centre and supermarket.
"Children will be able to walk from school to the sporting precinct to the village centre without crossing a road" said Mr Shifman said.
"We have strived to deliver both nature and convenience".
Leanne Addison runs White Rock Warriors, a diverse group of trail runners who are more than familiar with the site. "Watching the area grow since I was a little girl has been quite phenomenal" said Leanne. "It's really nice that the developer understands that people need nature. And it's great that they are aware of the environmental impact. The developers are donating 200 hectares of land around White Rock Conservation Estate, which brings more land for hikes and running events for the community to enjoy. They are really listening to the community around them. You can see it".
Land currently available is priced from $186,000 to $258,000 for home sites between 375m2 and 568m2. The Whiterock Sales and Discovery Centre at 259 - 283 Cumner Road, White Rock, is open from 10am to 5pm, seven days.
