A Yarrabilba man will face hooning and animal cruelty charges after 10 ducklings were run over at Flagstone earlier this month, in an incident which shocked locals.
The man's black Ford Falcon has had its number plates removed for 90 days after the incident on October 1.
The 10 ducklings were hit on Silver Wattle Drive, leaving a horrific scene to clean up.

Police said RSPCA officers were called to analyse the dead animals.
The incident drew a storm of comments online from disgusted locals.
"We have lived here for over 20 years and never have we seen anything so evil," one woman wrote.
"i'm astounded this was done on purpose," another wrote.
"What kind of person does this? Just heartbreaking."
The man, 18, will face Beaudesert Magistrates Court. Police said he had been the subject of multiple hooning reports.
Sergeant Lawrie Catterson said it was proof that the Hoon Hotline, set up to report the incidents, did its job.
"The Hoon Hotline definitely works," he said.
"We'd like to thank the members of the public for providing reports."
He encouraged people to keep reporting hoons in their areas.
"If you are able to capture footage on their mobile phones, police will contact you for footage," he said.
The Hoon Hotline number is 134 666.
