A man received serious burns last night in an incident involving a gas bottle at Tamborine Mountain last night.
The man, in his 40s, was seriously burnt on his legs, arms and face when a gas bottle reportedly exploded at 8.35pm.
Ambulance crews, including critical care paramedics attended the scene. They took the man to the Royal Brisbane Hospital in a stable condition.
Teen hurts leg in crash
A teenager was taken to hospital last night after an accident at Stockleigh.
The patient, in his late teens, was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with a significant leg injury.
The teen was hurt when his car left Stockleigh Road and hit a tree.
Ambulance crews, including a critical care paramedic and the high acuity response unit, attended after receiving the call at 7.48pm.
