Thousands of people tuned in to take part in Logan City Council's hybrid Eats and Beats Takeaway event, as the organisers explore options to deliver a similar model when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted further.
Food trucks dotted around the city reported less takings than a usual event, as people watched the acts online.
About 6400 watched the performances online, council said.

The most popular act of the event on May 29 was Bam Duo at 6pm, who had 2258 people watch them play on social media.
The Lyrical, who played at 7pm, had 1942 viewers.
A council spokesman said COVID-19 made hosting the event, which is hosted on the last Friday of every month, difficult.
"The event was a unique challenge for Logan City Council," the spokesman said.
"On the back of its success, council is reviewing a number of potential models to deliver another hybrid Eats & Beats event, pending the further lifting of COVID-19 restrictions."
The spokesman said the festival was well patronised.
"Logan City Council's Eats and Beats event continues to be very popular among Logan residents," the spokesman said.
"The event's Facebook page has a large and loyal following of about 18,500 people.
"Friday night's virtual event was an opportunity to continue to engage with the Eats and Beats audience, while also supporting the city's local food outlets and performers."
The event went live from 6pm, but people were encouraged to share pictures of their home setups as they followed the event online, to help set the mood.
The videos of the performances will stay online for people to enjoy at their convenience, council said.
