Dramatic vision has emerged of a police pursuit at Jimboomba last night.
The video, released today by Queensland Police, shows the end of the dramatic chase, when officers pursued a man in a stolen delivery truck.
The footage shows the truck swerving on the road and repeatedly ramming police cars as he tried to escape.
He had earlier driven through bushland and on footpaths, after being spotted on the Mount Lindesay Highway at about 8pm.
The driver stopped twice and reversed into a marked police car, causing extensive damage.
Officers arrested the man at 8.30pm on Cusack Lane.
The five-tonne Hino pantech truck was allegedly stolen from Anakie Drive, Conrubia, at about 5.20pm on Thursday.
A 29-year-old Loganlea man was charged with four counts of wilful damage of police property and one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, driving of a motor vehicle without a drivers licence and fail to dispose of syringe.
