A man will face court after leading police on a pursuit near Jimboomba last night.
Police used road spikes to bring the five-tonne Hino Pantec delivery truck under control.
The truck was allegedly stolen from Anakie Drive, Conrubia, at about 5.20pm on Thursday.
Officers chased the man when he was spotted in the truck on the Mount Lindesay Highway at 8pm.
Police cars were damaged when the man collided with them during the pursuit on Undullah Road.
The driver stopped twice and reversed into a marked police car, causing extensive damage.
He also drove onto footpaths and through gardens and bushland during the pursuit, police allege.
Police stopped the truck on Cusack Lane at 8.30pm.
The 29-year-old Loganlea man was charged with four counts of wilful damage of police property and one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, driving of a motor vehicle without a drivers licence and fail to dispose of syringe.
