Greenbank ladies will come together to connect, empower and inspire each other for a charity night associated with International Women's Day on Monday, March 9.
The third annual Everleigh Ladies Charity Night is at Everleigh Sales Centre, Greenbank.
Guest speakers, gathered by the Enriching Communities Greenbank team, will share their inspiring stories from a range of backgrounds.
"It's a time to shine light on the diversity of inspiring local women in our communities and how their missions actually have a collective purpose of community at heart."
- Enriching Communities founder Suzanne Guastini
Women will hear from the guest panelists including local resident Kirsten Trevor, who will have just shaved her entire hair off the day before at the Greenbank Community Marketta event, raising more than $11,000 for Cancer research as part of the World's Greatest Shave.
Jordan MP Charis Mullen will also speak on the night.
Enriching Communities founder Suzanne Guastini said it will be a night of connection.
"It is when we see the true joy that comes from women bonding with one another, and hearing stories that inspire us in our own live," she said.
"It's a time to shine light on the diversity of inspiring local women in our communities and how their missions actually have a collective purpose of community at heart."
The free community event is set to be a popular evening, with light refreshments provided and other fun moments on the night planned for guests.
Guests will write down a positive statement which will be read out later on the night as part of an affirmation exercise.
"We want to build these relationships we all crave and need," Ms Guasiti said.
They will also be asked about their thoughts and ideas as attendees look to empower themselves together in a roaring 20s theme.
Donations will be taken on the evening for the Greenbank World's Greatest Shave fundraiser, and organisers are urging attendees to dig deep for the cause.
