EMERGENCY services responded to reports of a truck rollover at Plunkett Road, Tamborine at 3pm this afternoon.
A Queensland fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said a bobcat had come off the truck's trailer and there was diesel spilled on the road.
She said three firefighting crews arrived at 3.20pm and had stopped the spread of fuel on the road.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Ambulance said a patient was being treated at the scene for pelvic and chest pain.
Queensland Police advise the road is currently closed in both directions after the truck rolled on the eastern side of Plunkett Road hill.
A QPS spokesman said the driver was a man in his 40s with non life-threatening injuries.
He said the road was damaged and would be blocked for some time.
