THE Jimboomba Stingrays are in good form this swimming season with five juniors achieving personal best times at the Acacia Bayside swim meet last month.

Two 10-year-old swimmers Leksi Whyman and Tayla Maguire performed well in their first swim meet on the November 23-24 weekend.
Maguire achieved a personal best in 50m freestyle (38.64) while Whyman set herself a new record in 50m freestyle (52.23) and 50m backstroke (1:10.68).
Joseph Caffery, 10, performed particularly well in the 200m individual medley and trimmed 10.05 seconds from his previous best time.
Having secured personal bests in three strokes, Alex Hefferan finished in second place for the 11-year-old 50m breaststroke.
Kieran Jenkinson, 12, achieved a personal best time in 100m freestyle (1:09.79).
Jimboomba Stingrays juniors Charlotte Miller, Isabella Maguire, Kieran Jenkinson, Leksi Whyman, Tayla Maguire and Xavier Miller also competed at the Waterworx Springfield swim meet on December 1.
Jenkinson scored first place in 100m breaststroke and 100m backstroke and was runner up in 100m freestyle and 100m butterfly.
Charlotte Miller, 12, also placed second in 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke and came third in 100m freestyle and 100m backstroke.
