THE Mount Lindesay Highway has re-opened south of Rathdowney following weeks of bushfires in the Scenic Rim.
OPEN: The Mount Lindesay Highway has re-opened south of Rathdowney with a reduced speed limit.
The Transport Department released a statement informing motorists a reduced speed limit of 50km/h would be in place.
"We thank the community for their understanding and patience during the closure."
Bushfires affected nearby areas including Mount Barney and Palen Creek.
