Revamped signage and street furniture, a visitor information venue and coordinated events program are also included.
Logan Village residents would be able to enjoy a coffee while checking out a movie or relax while kids play in an adventure-styled playground.
The masterplan was developed as a result of the Logan Village Forum in March last year which attracted 335 public submissions.
The forum provided an opportunity for the community, government representatives, industry, business owners and landowners to brainstorm ideas to unlock Logan Village's economic and place-making potential.
In the 2018-19 budget, council set aside $2 million for planning, design, management and delivery of priority projects identified from the Logan Village forum.
The federal government contributed $500,000 to upgrade the Logan Village Green under the Building Better Regions Fund.
Logan City Council's Strategy and Sustainability director David Hansen said the community would be further consulted on the revised plan which would boost the area's appeal.
"Key outcomes from the Logan Village Forum identified priority projects to allow council to deliver the vision for Logan Village in the short, medium and long-term," Mr Hansen said.
"A number of short-term priority projects will be delivered, including a new playground and activation and embellishment of the Village Green.
"Council will work with the community to gain feedback on the revised plan, while the implementation of medium and long-term actions will be subject to funding allocations in future budget rounds."
Logan City Council will launch its "Have your say" online consultation on November 11.
The consultation period will run for 20 days.
There will also be an opportunity for residents to talk to the Place Manager later this month.
