FLAGSTONE'S youth can get into shape and discover a sense of belonging when an outdoor training Youth Squad launches on July 6.
The group fitness boot camp style program will run in the first and third Saturday each month from 9am to 10am.
KK Bodyworx trainer Kymberly Sant said the Youth Squad would promote inclusion and team building skills.
"This program is designed for the kids in the community who don't belong to a school or sports group, they don't have a squad to be a part of. This can be their squad," she said.
"The goal is to support youth in the community and aid with mental health through a positive, feel good activity like exercise."
KK Bodyworx has been active in the Flagstone community, and held a Mental Health Matters bootcamp event at Flagstone State Community College earlier this year.
Flagstone developer Peet is supporting the bootcamp program.
