MORE than 200 pieces of art were displayed at Jimboomba's Community Hall as part of the Jimboomba Quota International Club's Art Show on June 7.
Traditional, modern, three dimensional and student art were among the craft diversity showcased on the night.
There were also categories for all abilities art, photography, textiles and handicraft and "Art in the Wild".
Work was judged by a panel including Simon Wright, Isabel Warman, Kerry Bergman and Margaret Newman.
Jimboomba Quota Club International member Brenda Fielding said 242 items were on display featuring the work of professional and amateur artists.
"There have been some absolutely wonderful pieces...coming from an untrained eye some of them really stand out," she said.
While there are some new artists who submitted work this year, most have also submitted in previous years.
Ms Fielding said the art show has been running for 17 years and one artist had submitted a piece of work for every time except for last year.
All art works were for sale on the night and cash prizes of up to $300 were available in the traditional, modern, three dimensional and handicraft art categories.
The Art show exhibition was also open on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.
