WOODHILL State School P&C have been awarded $6450 to install equipment through the Queensland government's Gambling Community Benefit Fund.
The grant will go towards creating a shade structure and the purchase of new equipment at the school
The Beaudesert Rifle Club received $25,532 funding to build a new shed.
Scenic Rim MP Jon Krause said community groups in the broader Scenic Rim area won a share in more than $158,000 through this round of the GCBF.
"This terrific outcome would not have occurred without many hardworking volunteers giving their time and energy to complete the grant application process," he said.
"It is wonderful to see that these community groups will be able to install facilities and purchase equipment to help them maintain their services."
Jordan MP Charis Mullen said community groups received a share in $111,704 in her electorate.
"I was so pleased to be able to connect our local community groups with representatives of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund at the recent Jordan Electorate Grants Information Evening," Ms Mullen said.
"Having the opportunity to learn about what makes for a successful application should mean more groups have the confidence to apply for funding moving forward."
Camira State School P&C received $35,000 to refurbish the tuckshop while Springfield Camira Men's Shed received $11,729.
Applications for round 101 of the GCBF close on May 31 this year.
Not-for-profit community groups can apply for grants from $500 to $35,000.
