UP AND coming musicians can build on their talents during free development sessions ahead of Logan Live Music Month.
The first two of six sessions will be held this month at the Logan Art Gallery on March 26 and March 30.
City Lifestyle and Community Committee chairperson Steve Swenson said the sessions would cover multiple topics.
"This series of interactive professional development sessions has been developed for musicians of all levels who either live in Logan or have a strong connection to the area," Cr Swenson said.
"We held the successful Logan Live Music Month last year and as it is returning for 2019, we have decided to offer a series of workshops to give musicians further support and tips to improve their skills for this year's event.
"The aim of the series is for participants to walk away with improved abilities and be more confident about the music they create and how to get it out into the world."
Award-winning Logan song writer Rivah and former Australia's Got Talent guitarist Chris Tamwoy will be among the program presenters.
Logan Live Music Month runs from July 1 to 31 across various Logan venues.
