SENIOR and junior Jimboomba Bushrangers will clash against cricket teams across the Logan District in support of the McGrath Foundation on Saturday, December 1.
In the spirit of Pink Stumps Day, the Jimboomba Cricket Club will raise money to fight Breast Cancer for the fourth consecutive year.
Jimboomba Cricket Club secretary Juanita Plater said this year would be a bigger and better event than previous years.
“We will have woodfired pizzas, burger trucks, kids entertainment, slides, jumping castles, face painting in support of the McGrath Foundation,” she said.
“We have had this going for the last four years and it has progressively gotten bigger and better.”

Two Jimboomba junior cricket sides will face opposing teams from the Logan District from 8.30am.
Senior matches will begin from 12.30pm.
Community leaders including Wright MP Scott Buchholz and councillor Trevina Schwarz will attend the event.
Logan MP Linus Power donated $250 for the McGrath Foundation.
Ms Plater said there would be lucky door prizes, family passes to Big Bash League games at the Gabba, raffle prizes, cricket bats and sports voucher giveaways.
Senior cricketers will compete in competitions including biggest catch, best hit and longest throw.
All stall vendors will donate a percentage of their takings to the McGrath Foundation.
People are encouraged to make a gold coin donation.
The McGrath Foundation was founded by legnedary Australian pace bowler Glenn McGrath after his wife Jane died from Breast Cancer.
More than 670,000 families have been supported by the McGrath Foundation since 2005.
