Car stolen from Logan Reserve, woman assaulted

POLICE are investigating after a Logan Reserve woman was assaulted in her front yard before her car was stolen.

Jimboomba police Senior Sergeant Peter Waugh said the woman was approached on School Road, Logan Reserve when a man asked her for help before demanding her car keys.

The woman was pushed and assaulted before the man left the area in a white Toyota Aurion in the direction of Logan Reserve Road at 3.45pm on Wednesday, November 7.

A silver Mitsubishi, understood to have been stolen was left at the scene with drug making equipment inside.

Police could not provide a clear description of the man involved in the incident.
