LAUNDROMATS and cars were allegedly broken into across multiple areas in Logan, Ipswich, South Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Police have charged two men after properties were searched at Yarrabilba and Waterford West on Wednesday, October 31.
It is alleged that laundromats, car washing venues and coin operated machines were targeted in suburbs including Marsden, Browns Plains, Beaudesert, Yarrabilba, Underwood and Roachedale and Waterford.
Police charged a 32-year-old Kingston man with six counts of entering premises to commit and indictable offence, two counts of wilful damage, two counts of stealing, disqualified driving, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of suspected stolen property and breach of bail for multiple unrelated offences.
A 35-year-old Yarrabilba man was charged with three counts of entering premises to commit and indictable offence, entering premises with intent, wilful damage, attempted stealing, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possession of house breaking implements and other drug related offences.
The two men are due to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court today on Thursday, November 1.
Police will oppose bail.
