POLICE have charged a Waterford man over the theft of construction materials from houses in a Park Ridge estate.
Jimboomba police officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Peter Waugh said doors, floors, sinks, tiling, piping and other materials were stolen from the houses at the Olaf Loop estate.
Senior Sergeant Waugh said much of the stolen property was recovered.
A Waterford man, 23, was charged with one count of breaking and entering, two counts of entering to commit an indictable offence, breaching bail, possessing a drug utensil and obstructing police. He will appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on September 4.
