IT WAS another strong performance from the Jimboomba Redbacks over the weekend.
The under 14 Jimboomba/Greater Springfield side claimed the largest win of the day, flogging Springwood 80-7 on Sunday.
The boys demonstrated solid defense and scored a string of goals.
Matthew scored three goals, Flether and Alex kicked two and Keoni, Bailey, Rhys, Joshua and Scott contributed one goal each.
The under 17 Jimboomba/Beenleigh girls also claimed overwhelming victory against Greater Springfielf winning 55-6.
Keelie Coburn and Tamika Frazer were named players of the match.
The Jimboomba Seniors also kept up their winning streak against the Zillmere Eagles with a final score 52-40. The under 13 Jimboomba girls defeated Wilston Grange on Sunday 54-18 with a dominating performance in the first three quarters of the game.
After finishing the third quarter 54-8, the Wilston Grange Gorillas kicked one goal and three behinds to secure an additional 10 points.
The under 12 Jimboomba Redbacks had less luck against Wilston Grange Blue on Sunday.
Goals leaked to the opposition in the second and final quarter allowing Wilston Grange to run away with the game 55-15.
The third quarter was the best for the Redbacks scoring more points than the opposition.
Aston and Joseph were named players of the match for defensive play under pressure.
The under 15 Jimboomba/Beenleigh girls also lost against Park Ridge 7-56.
