Vella, 36, was charged with nine counts of stealing, two counts of fraudulent falsification of records and one count of misusing a carriage service on February 24.
Police allege the Beaudesert woman stole money from the charity for her own personal gain, altered minutes from a meeting in 2012 and used social media to intimidate and harass a former charity worker and witness.
Vella was not required to appear before the court on March 24 and was represented by her solicitor.
Her case has been moved to the Southport Magistrates Court and will be mentioned again on April 21.
A former volunteer for the charity, Jennifer Malloch, 55, of Clagiraba, was also charged with one count of misusing a carriage service on February 24.
Police allege Malloch used social media to intimidate and harass another former charity volunteer and witness in the case.
Malloch’s case was adjourned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on March 23 and is now set to be heard again in the Southport Magistrates Court on April 13.
Both women are out on bail on their own undertaking with conditions restricting their involvement in managing the charity and its funds.
