headspace Meadowbrook will be creating awareness of youth mental health today with their #headspaceday at 10am.
Last Thursday, the Youth Reference Group created a flag bunting artwork to symbolise the cultural diversity in Logan.
The group is made up of passionate young people, aged between 12 and 25, who are committed to supporting the wellbeing of their peers, but also their wider community.
This project has been driven by the young people themselves, with a firm message that headspace is a service for any young person, of any background.
These flags will be showcased, alongside other artworks at the headspace Meadowbrook National headspace event today from 10am.
Young people can visit one of the 95 headspace centres across the country to get help, seek advice or have a chat online or over the phone, from anywhere in Australia, through eheadspace.
