While still not back into their form of several weeks ago, the Pirates seniors played a strong game in the semi-final, winning 17.12 (114) to 12.14 (86) against quality opposition.
Outstanding players were Bullock, Valdez, Ling, Tarrent, Cherry and Mitchell, supported by a great all-round team effort especially in the last half.
The Pirates now face Kedron on a neutral ground, hoping to win through to the grand final.
