The food truck festival had an unconventional start this afternoon, with hundreds of Pokemon Go enthusiasts descending on the Berrinba Wetlands to participate in the Pokemon Go walk which started at 4pm.

City Image Chairperson, Councillor Laurie Smith, said in light of the recent Pokemon craze, staff had created a Pokemon map of Berrinba Wetlands so people playing the game could discover collectables around the site during the event.
A charging kiosk has also been made available for Pokemon trainers in need of re-charging their devices and Council set up lures ready to attract Pokemon throughout the night.
