Logan Village Apprentice Witchez defeated Western Spirit 13-2 on the weekend.

Jasmyn Rae scored her first goal within 22 seconds of the whistle. Not to be outdone, Sabrina Free streaked down the side line, to score less than a minute later. The confidence built as the ball was passed quickly and efficiently time and again from the back line, through the midfield to the strikers. Emily Holmes and Katie McParland were an unbeatable duo, switching the ball between themselves. Goal scorers were Emily Holmes (7), Katie McParland (3), Jasmyn Rae (2) and Sabrina Free (1).
Witchez
The Qualified Witchez played on Saturday afternoon in the rain defeating Centenary Stormers 2-1.
Alisha Freiberg defended the goals with determination, keeping the Stormers at bay. Robyn Wagner kept her goal count up scoring another one, and Krystal Rose capitalised on her opportunity. Jen and Shae Doyle from division five team also helped helped secure the win.
Under 12s
The Dr Wheels Logan Village Falcons under 12s smashed Souths United 5-nil on Saturday at Logan Village. Souths struggled to stop Logan Village’s attacking line from moving forward with their precise passing. Hayden Saron scored two goals and Louis Shayan, Tyler Freeman and Max Dodds all scored a goal each.
Under 11s
Logan Village Falcons Radiator and Mechanical under 11s defeated Park Ridge on Saturday.
In a fast paced, attacking game the Falcons had a hard fought win over Park Ridge.
Both teams attacked all game and the falcons defence was lead by Jake Trent, who was great in defence all day, clearing the ball and turning defence into attack.
The Falcons worked hard all game and were playing a team brand of football with lots of passing and supporting of team mates.
