It was a tough battle, but Logan Village’s Apprentice Witches division 5 team defeated Bethania Rams 2-1.
The first goal was a cracking shot from the 18 yard box scored by Carla Rudling ably assisted by Jasmyn Rae.
The winning goal was a free kick from way outside taken by Katie McParland in the second half. The backline held out the onslaught, backed up by keeper Cassie Skinner.

The Dr Wheels Under 12’s Logan Village Falcons had a suspense filled game defeating Rochdale Rovers 5-2.
Going to half-time at 1-all, Rochdale took the lead in the second half scoring in the 27th minute. As the game seemed to be lost, the Falcons pulled it together, with great saves from keeper Courtney Rae, holding out Rochdale. Logan Village scored four goals in the last 10 minutes to win the game. Louis Shayan (2),Hayden Saron (1), Graysen Angus (1) and Dylan Baker (1) scored goals.
