A property has been searched in Waterford believed to be linked to the disappearance of Tiahleigh Palmer.
Several officers attended the address on Logan Reserve Road yesterday, conducting forensic examinations of the site.
A spokesman for Queensland Police confirmed the search was in relation to the ongoing homicide investigation of the missing schoolgirl.
Tiahleigh went missing on October 30 last year after she was last seen at her school in Marsden when she was dropped off in the morning.
A missing person appeal was made on November 5, the same day her body was found on the banks of the Pimpama River.
No one has been arrested for her murder but police have been pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.
On March 15 Tiahleigh's mother Cindy made an appeal for information relating to her daughter's disappearance saying she wanted to ensure no other families had to go through what her family had been through.
