THE Flagstone community gathered over the weekend to celebrate the opening of the estate's new adventure park.
Reserve Park was officially opened on Sunday, with attendees sharing a barbecue and enjoying live entertainment.
The park, located at the end of Reserve Drive in Flagstone, features a children's playground, barbecue and picnic facilities and a learn-to-ride bike track.
Peet Limited Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore said the park was designed as a "meeting space" for residents in the estate.
"Reserve Park will be a great space for the whole community to enjoy the outdoors, so we have made sure there is a network of pathways connecting the park to existing homes, shops and schools," he said.
"The park has been designed to provide healthy fun for the whole family. It caters for a range of age groups, with a young children's playground, open space for older children to kick a football and seating and barbecue facilities for parents."
