THE hunt for Easter eggs will be on at Rotary Park this Sunday.
Hundreds of eggs will be hidden for eager children to find.
The Easter Bunny will visit and there will also be live music, a magic show, egg painting, market stalls, food and rides.
The hunt has been organised by Chicks Conquering Cancer, a non-profit organisation which supports individuals and families living with cancer through organising community events for children.
Organiser Kathy Smith said the money raised at the Easter egg hunt would go children battling cancer from Browns Plains to Beaudesert.
"The Easter egg hunt is for children up to 12 years of age and they will hunt for the eggs in their own age groups," she said
"We would love families to come down and enjoy a fun morning together."
Tickets cost $10 and include a pancake or fruit salad breakfast and a drink from 8am to 11am.
The Easter egg hunt will be on from 8.30am to 9am (children aged three and under), 9.30 to 10am (ages four to six), 10am to 10.30am (ages seven to nine) and 10.30am to 11am (ages 10 to 12).
The bonnet parade will be at 9am.
