Parklands Christian College students received their participation awards for the National Christian School Games at the recent Baskerville Sports Centre opening.
The nine secondary students attended the games in Sydney between May 14 and 19.
By being selected in the Queensland squad the students represented in their respective sport, with most Parklands students taking part in basketball, netball and soccer.
There was the opportunity to play tennis and volleyball.

The senior boys soccer team came second at the games.
Head of Primary and Chair of Christian Schools Sports Association Queensland Grant Jakins said their schools representatives had varied results at the games but the staff were very proud of the achievements.
“Parklands Christian College students are encouraged to attend the trials and be eligible for selection each year,” he said.
“We wanted to esteem our amazing national games participants at the sport hall opening as they will be utilising the great new facility.”
Member for Logan Linus Power presented the students with their awards on July 11.
