Seabourn, Emerald Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line are all making news this week. Which journey will you book?

There's never a dull moment in the world of ocean journeys. Making news this week is luxury cruise line Seabourn, which has just announced its Grand African Voyage, departing Barcelona in November 2024 before visiting 44 ports in 26 countries such as Egypt, Kenya, South Africa and Morocco over 90 days.
Emerald Cruises is making waves, too, putting finishing touches on its brand-new vessel, Sakara, which will start plying the waters in August this year with its eight-day Ionian Sea Adventure from Athens to Rome. This one's for the bucket list.
Meanwhile, after a three-year hiatus from Asia, Norwegian Cruise Line is returning to the continent, with the arrival of Norwegian Jewel in Tokyo in October for a six-month stint, during which it'll visit ports like Bintan Island in Indonesia. seabourn.com; emeraldcruises.com.au; ncl.com
