Why everyone is talking about the Art Gallery of South Australia and d'Arenberg Cube winery right now.
Four metres in height and 22 metres in circumference... the mere dimensions of Gerry Wedd's digital installation are impressive enough. But it is the sounds and images, such as the one of an urn spinning like a globe, that make this genre-defying work next-level.

Titled Wave, the display has just opened at the Art Gallery of South Australia, as part of the 2022 Adelaide Film Festival. Drop in at the gallery before January 8 to immerse yourself in the 360-degree installation.

And while you're at it, don't forget to check out the new restaurant, Singapore Circus, at the d'Arenberg Cube winery.

It's a bit of a hike to get to the restaurant, located in the McLaren Vale wine region, about 45 minutes drive south of the Adelaide CBD. But we bet you won't be complaining when chowing down on head chef Jamie Steele's irresistible Asian-hawker-style fare. Our pick is the prawn and carp dumpling with black vinegar dressing.
