The Beaudesert Show Society's Ambassadors contests aimed to recognise and promote the key role the next generation will play in the rural workforce and their contributions in sustaining rural and regional communities.
Judges said the calibre of all entrants in this year's competition made their task exceptionally hard.
Entrant for 2022 Rural Ambassador was Jessica Jurd, Showgirl entrant was Courtney Teese and Junior Ambassador entrants were Elizabeth Scott, Isabelle Hardy, Layne Addy and Brianna Turner.
Courtney Teese was crowned 2022 Showgirl with Jessica Jurd being named the 2022 Rural Ambassador.
Ms Jurd, said she was looking forward to highlighting rural industry in her role as Junior Ambassador.
"What I'm looking forward to most is teaching people about rural life as well as improving my confidence and speaking skills," she said.
"I'm looking forward to sharing what I've learned over the year on my family's dairy farm at Mount Barney.
"It will be good to teach the younger generation, for example, where their meat, milk and produce comes from.
"Kids these days don't understand unless they've come from a rural background."
After lengthy deliberation Brianna Turner was named 2022 Junior Showgirl and Isabelle Hardy was announced as runner-up.
