UPDATE - 8:30am, 01/07/22:
The Queensland Police Service has confirmed a man died in yesterday's single-vehicle crash.
Police say a 76-year-old Bellmere man was the sole occupant of the vehicle when it became submerged in a body of water near the Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road.
The man was declared deceased at the scene by police, and investigators are appealing for people with relevant information or dashcam footage to come forward.
UPDATE - 4:10pm:
The Queensland Police Service say the incident in Mundoolun is ongoing as both QPS and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services work to remove a vehicle from a body of water.
QPS say the Forensic Crash Unit is also on the scene to investigate how the vehicle came to be submerged in the creek.
A spokesperson from the QPS told The Jimboomba Times that no other details were available at the time of writing.

The Queensland Police Service is urging residents to avoid the area around Beaudesert-Beenleigh and Tremayne Roads.
Diversions are in place at the scene of the single-vehicle incident, which has blocked all lanes.
Queensland Ambulance Service says the incident occurred at 12:43pm, and involves a vehicle stuck in waters.
