BEAUDESERT pickleball enthusiasts are in for a treat after local businesses chipped in to bring pickleball Australian champions Sueme Rajpal and Deborah Rossi to the Scenic Rim this month.
Pickleball Beaudesert sponsors Total First Home Solutions and Scenic Realty have joined with the Pickleball Association of Queensland to have the national champions run some training sessions for the Beaudesert Pickleball club.

An event on November 20 will provide the opportunity for locals to meet Raipal and Rossi at Woodhill State School.
Mark Jagger from Pickleball Queensland said the event would show local players what can be achieved in the sport.
"The day will be for Beaudesert members to have some training but all are welcome to come and see what Pickleball is all about," he said.
Mr Jagger said there would be a free sausage sizzle and refreshment station on the day.
