LOCAL netballers cut the ribbon on the latest stage of the Jimboomba Park upgrades on Saturday.
Politicians joined players and local club representatives to open four state-of-the-art courts at the facility, and there is plenty more to come.

The flexipave surface will significantly improve the players' experience, association vice president Kim Bowyer said.
More than 500 children from the Blue Jays, Flagstone, Yarrabilba, Hills College and Logan Village clubs will use the courts of a weekend.
About 450 women who play competition netball on a Monday night and socially on a Wednesday night will also eventually use the courts, Bowyer said.
"We're pretty big, and it's growing rapidly," she said.
The surface will allow for faster play, but is easier on players' joints and more forgiving in falls than bitumen or traditional concrete.
"It still hurts when you fall, but it's more like a carpet burn," she said.
The courts and lighting are being funded by the federal government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure program.
The government is splashing $1 million on the park, to go with Logan City Council's $2.6 million. Division 9 councillor Scott Bannan is chipping in $600,000 in local infrastructure project funding across two years.
"More than $3 million is getting spent on the facility," Cr Bannan said.
Council is building a new clubhouse worth $2.6 million.
Council said about 15 jobs had been supported in the construction.
Wright MP Scott Buchholz said he was pleased to work with councillors Scott Bannan and Natalie Willcocks.
"It has been great to partner with local government and I want to acknowledge counillor Scott Bannan for his work, advocating for his community, along with Cr Willcocks, who has children playing here today," Mr Buchholz said.
"They are always advocating for Logan city and I am pleased to have partnered with them to deliver this significant project for our community."
"Our community is growing, we need this infrastructure to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate in sport and I proud of the partnership between local and federal government delivering this community infrastructure."
"It's awesome to improve sporting infrastructure in town, like netball courts," he said.
"The girls got really involved. They even picked the colour of the surface."
He said growing participation numbers among kids was great to see.
"I'd rather see them out playing netball than inside playing video games," Cr Bannan said.
