DETECTIVES have charged a New Beith man with murder and breaching a domestic violence order after an incident at Arundel yesterday morning where a woman was found dead in a backyard.
CHARGED: Police have charged a New Beith man over an alleged domestic violence incident.
The man, 34, was last night under police guard in hospital.
He will have the charges presented to the Southport Magistrates Court today.
Police say they were called to the Spikes Court address at 6.40am to do a welfare check, before finding the body.
They found a man at a nearby address who is helping with inquiries.
