A FIVE wicket haul for Sam Matthews helped the Jimboomba first XI thump Yarrabilba and pick up a double bonus point win ahead of finals later this month.
Matthews claimed figures of 5/24 off eight overs and took his season wicket tally to 40 as the Bushrangers dismissed the visitors for just 68.
Craig Tatters also chimed in with two scalps, giving the Jimboomba batsmen a comfortable chase and helping set up the chance of a double bonus point victory.
The Bushrangers lost Kim Watson early but young gun Corey Schofield and Haydn Teese stepped up in the absence of several first XI regulars to help track down the total inside 14 overs.
Jimboomba's division two green side racked up 200 to crush Springwood Suns in their away clash at the weekend.

The side lost three quick wickets shortly after the first drinks break but clawed their way back into the contest thanks to cameos from Thomas Cook (47*) and Joshua Graham (36).
Declan Abberton and Tomas Newsham also chimed in with important knocks before Graham Clark took centre stage to almost singlehandedly dismiss the home side.
He took 7/4 from seven overs as Springwood collapsed to be all out for 57. Kieran Anderton also finished with economical figures of 1/9 off six overs.
Roxanne Thomson stole the show for Jimboomba's division two gold side against Beaudesert, taking three wickets in just four balls as the Fossils earned a comfortable victory.
Thomson led the wicket takers column with 4/16 after capitalising on the work of opening bowlers Rob Lose (2/26) and Brett Hayward (3-24).
The pair kept it tight, limiting the opposition to 4/40 at the first drinks break after Jimboomba posted a respectable 9/167 batting first.
Beaudesert were eventually dismissed for 70, with only three players making double figures.
Jimboomba found it difficult to get into their innings earlier in the day before Shannon White and Brett Hayward came together to steady the ship and put on an 83 run stand.
White scored 77 and Hayward 44.
