A TEENAGER died after a serious crash at Bahrs Scrub early on Sunday morning.
Around midnight, police responded to reports of a two-vehicle traffic crash along Beaudesert Beenleigh Road and Belivah Road in Bahrs Scrub.
The driver of one of the cars, a 17-year-old Beenleigh boy was entrapped in the car.
According Queensland Ambulance Service the teen had sustained significant head injury.
Paramedics rushed him to Princess Alexandra Hospital, however he succumbed to his injuries around 4am.
The passengers of the first car, aged between 17 and 19 were not injured.
The second driver, a 25-year-old Wonglepong man and his three passengers, aged between 20 and 25 were also not injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating and are appealing for anyone who may have information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
In a separate incident, two people were injured when their car collided with a tree on Waterford Tamborine Road on Sunday at 4.23am.
The critical care and high acuity response unit responded to a single-vehicle crash.
"On arrival, one patient was entrapped in the vehicle and was extricated with the assistance of QFES while another patient had been able to remove themselves.
"The patient who was initially trapped sustained neck, chest and leg injuries and was transported in a serious but stable condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital," a QAS spokesperson said.
The second patient was transported to Logan Hospital stable with minor lacerations.
Earlier on Sunday night at about 10pm, paramedics transported a female patient to Logan Hospital after a single-vehicle crash in on the Mount Lindesay Highway at Veresdale.
A man was taken to Logan Hospital with an arm injury after a quad bike crash into a tree on private property In Cedar Grove just before 7pm on Saturday.
A single-vehicle rollover was reported on Mundoolun Road, Jimboomba on Friday at 8.35pm.
The two occupants of the vehicle, an adult and child were transported to Logan Hospital in stable conditions.
