As a special treat to mark the return of the festival after COVID-19's enforced break, 10 lucky couples have won dinner dates on the nearby historic red bridge on the night.
It will be the first time that anyone has dined on the iconic structure, which was recently refurbished by Logan City Council.
The romance will be felt in the Logan River Parklands too, with attendees encouraged to grab their partners and enjoy all their old Eats and Beats favourites.
The event is the first live Eats and Beats since COVID-19 restrictions began in early 2020.
Lifestyle Committee chair, councillor Laurie Koranski, encouraged the Logan community to support the popular food and music festival now it was back on the calendar.
"Since its inception almost six years ago, Eats and Beats has become one of our must do events in the city of Logan," Councillor Koranski said.
"Eats and Beats is always a great night out for families, friends, or couples and importantly, it supports our local food businesses and musical performers.
"Ultimately, the event is about bringing fun, food and a free night out back for the community, under COVID-safe conditions."
The event will operate under a COVID-safe plan. Attendees will be required to scan a QR code on arrival.
All payments on the night will also be contactless, so attendees are advised to not bring cash.
More information on the event is available on the Eats and Beats Facebook page.
Thousands of people logged on last year when the event was sent digital because of coronavirus restrictions.
Food trucks dotted around the city reported less takings than a usual event, as people watched the acts online.
About 6400 watched the performances online, council said.
The most popular act of the event on May 29 was Bam Duo at 6pm, who had 2258 people watch them play on social media.
The Lyrical, who played at 7pm, had 1942 viewers.
